I was a Personal Trainer and Personal Training Company Manager for fifteen years before starting my very own Just In Time Personal Training on October 1, 2012. We are proudly a ‘mobile’ Personal Training business that service all over Melbourne, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. I aspired to have the best-known premium level mobile Personal Training company in Victoria and I feel that we have now achieved that mantle from a service perspective.
In 1997 I completed a four year full-time degree, achieving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and a Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University. My tertiary qualifications combined with now over twenty-five years hands-on experience put me in a select group of elite personal trainers with such high levels of industry expertise, qualifications and experience. Likewise my team have and always will have completed a similar University/Tertiary degree. We are the only Personal Training business that stands by this claim in Victoria – something that I am immensely proud of.
After all these years I still love nothing more than to help people discover the best versions of themselves from a holistic perspective. I have extensive experience and simply love what I do. Let me or my team take you on the most thorough and enjoyable health and fitness experience that will empower you for lifelong change.
My passion lies in improving an individuals overall well-being, with an emphasis on strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, general fitness and also progressive behavioural change. As an Assistant Manager, I pride myself on helping our team grow through training and supporting the team whilst also working alongside Justin to help the business continue to grow.
I have completed a Bachelor in Exercise Science (Sports Practice) at Victoria University, while also both playing football and being a High Performance Assistant at the Williamstown Football Club in the VFL.
I pride myself in educating, motivating and caring about each and every client. With a smart, fun and realistic approach these factors will play a role in guiding each individual, so that together we can reach their desired goals.

I love to put the fun back into getting healthy and lean and I can show how you can actually enjoy the journey on the way to a healthier, fitter and happier you.

Co-Manager of the Rekdek Gym, Docklands
Hello, I’m Lana!
For as long as I can remember, I have had a strong interest for everything health and fitness related. I have been very active from a young age, with involvement in netball and aerobics, stemming into my current passions of cross country and athletics!
Having completed my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, with majors in Exercise Physiology, and Strength and Conditioning, I have developed a strong knowledge base. Through several internships, I have gained the opportunity to work alongside many individuals, from general population to high-level athletes. Within these roles, I developed individualised programming, provided various fitness classes and worked with individuals to achieve their goals.
I am so grateful to be a part of the Just In Time team, where I will work alongside individuals on their own journey, whilst creating meaningful, life-long relationships with each and every client. Whether your goals are health and fitness related, or incorporate various components of life, I aspire to empower you to become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself!

Hi, I’m Brandan! I have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science at La Trobe University. My aspiration as a Personal Trainer is to help people create long lasting behavioural and lifestyle changes. Health and Fitness is a passion of mine as I love educating and training people to reach their desired goals.
While studying, I was fortunate enough to work as an intern at the Northern Knights Football Club in the NAB League, as well as complete a Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistance at Exercise Research Australia. Through these experiences, I have worked with a variety of population groups ranging from adolescents to older adults in Strength and Conditioning, High Performance and Rehabilitation. This has provided me with the valuable knowledge and skills required to help people achieve their goals in either group or individualised sessions.

Hi! My name is Nicole and I’ve completed my Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in Exercise Physiology and Strength and Conditioning.
Over my time at University, I have had the privilege to complete placements and volunteer positions at the Melbourne University Blacks Football Club, Rise Health Group, Living Energy Pilates & Exercise Physiology clinic and St Kilda Football Club’s AFLW team. Through these experiences, I have been exposed to a range of different clients of different demographics, goals and skill levels.
I have been an advocate participant in sport over my childhood trying my hand at many sports including basketball, swimming, tennis and gymnastics from a very young age to later becoming a tennis coach for a range of primary and high school children.
When deciding on a career path, I always knew that I wanted to pursue a job that was in the health industry and I could help people directly. Through completing my undergraduate degree, I feel that Just In Time is the perfect opportunity to further develop my practical experience. I am extremely passionate about helping people and through my experience at Uni, have discovered just how important exercise is in improving quality of life for all ages. I can’t wait to meet you and get started in achieving your goals!
I’m Nicholas, but usually go by Nico.
Stating that health and fitness is a passion of mine would be underselling my love for the industry. Since I could remember I have been playing team sports including basketball and soccer and have built a wealth of knowledge in and around the gym over my 10 years of training.
With a Bachelor of Exercise Science from La Trobe University under my belt, and experience working around gyms in Melbourne such as Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre and the La Trobe University gym, I am well equipped to tackle any fitness goal and break down any perceived barriers when it comes to health, fitness, and general wellbeing.
I am extremely grateful for Just In Time for gracing me with the opportunity to showcase my abilities, and share my knowledge and passion for fitness with you all. My goal as a trainer is to put your needs above all, working with you to achieve and exceed all expectations of your own potential!
I hope to fuel all journeys, long or short, big or small – Through guiding all individuals across their health and fitness experience, I aim to leak my passion and knowledge of the industry to all, bringing out the best in your physical health and fitness but also branching out and helping you flourish in all other aspects of your day to day life.
I aim to not only be a good trainer, but a great companion and avid supporter of you who is in your corner, ready to tackle any feat inside or outside of the gym.
Hi I’m Peter! I have completed a bachelor degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Victoria University. Overall health and fitness has grown to be a passion of mine as I love seeing people reach their goals and push themselves to be the best they can be.
Through my 14 years of playing football, training and playing at high levels (such as TAC cup and the VFL) has shown me the benefits of hard work to achieve your goals. During this time of playing and studying, I knew that health and fitness was the path I wanted to follow as a career.
I pride myself on not only being the best Personal Trainer for a client, but I also have great interpersonal skills as I want you to enjoy the process of progression!
Consistency, along with motivation and establishing good habits, is the key to seeing solid results and I really look forward to helping each and every client achieve continual progress!
Working with my husband sounds like a dream role doesn’t it? Haha! Well not really, but on the flip side his passion and focus has always been about helping people be their best. He does this with our team and with all of our clients and I get to see and hear of the many happy and successful stories along the way. Meanwhile, I am responsible for much of the behind the scenes stuff that keeps the business ticking along smoothly. I am surprised at how well Justin has our team working collaboratively with a common goal and it makes my role relatively easy.
I may be a little biased but living with Justin and our three children, we all see someone that is truly devoted to being the best he can be, being the very best mentor he can be to the Just In Time team of trainers and above all else, a constant devotion to delivering the very best service to all clients that take that step to start their health, fitness and well-being journey with us. I am very proud to be a part of our small family business and I am sure if Justin has his way, we will have our three children – Madeline, Tyler and Beau stepping up as Personal Trainers in the many years to come!
Should you choose to have the Just In Time Personal Training team look after you, I hope to be a help with making your experience a positive one!
G’day, I’m Xav.
I am passionate about health and wellbeing and love helping people along their journey to becoming the happiest, healthiest version of themselves. I endeavour to support you in reaching and surpassing your goals, whether they are purely fitness related or include other important aspects of your life.
I have completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University, majoring in Strength & Conditioning and Applied Sports Science. I have had internship/volunteer experience at several organisations throughout my degree, including but not limited to: Sandringham Dragons Football Club (TAC Cup), AFL Umpires Victoria and St Kilda Next Generation Academy.
Having worked with a variety of people, from the everyday person through to athletes, I have experienced a vast range of goals, personalities and attitudes which has enhanced my ability as a personal trainer.
Allow me to guide you towards your goals and I will do all I can in my power to exceed your expectations, all while having fun and sharing a few laughs along the way.
Geelong/Bellarine Area Manager
Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach (Newcomb Football Club)
Hi I’m Callum! I have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University. This is my first job in the Personal Training industry, and I couldn’t be happier to learn and grow at Just In Time.
Personal Training and fitness are new passions of mine, after focussing on sport coaching (specifically tennis) for most of adult life and through university. It was not until my university placement at Goodlife Health Clubs that I realised personal training was so much more than lifting weights and getting bigger. Seeing the effect that a Personal Trainer can have on someone’s mental, social, and physical health overwhelmed me and put me on the path that I am on today.
I’m excited to show what I can do and I look forward to building relationships and helping you achieve your goals in a fun and positive environment.

With a sporting background of tennis and basketball, exercise has always been important to me and I would love for everyone to experience the enjoyment and fulfilment exercise can bring to someone’s life.
Throughout my studies I have had the chance to work with a wide variety of individuals with different goals, skills and personalities. Some of these placement opportunities included Core Health Group, Ararat Physiotherapy and Health Services, Deakin Clinical Exercise Centre and The Neurological Rehabilitation Group.
I truly believe in putting 100% into every client that I meet and I look forward to building a meaningful connection with you and help you achieve success!
