I was a Personal Trainer and Personal Training Company Manager for fifteen years before starting my very own Just In Time Personal Training on October 1, 2012. We are proudly a ‘mobile’ Personal Training business that service all over Melbourne, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. I aspired to have the best-known premium level mobile Personal Training company in Victoria and I feel that we have now achieved that mantle from a service perspective.
In 1997 I completed a four year full-time degree, achieving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and a Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University. My tertiary qualifications combined with now over twenty years hands-on experience put me in a select group of elite personal trainers with such high levels of industry expertise, qualifications and experience. Likewise my team have and always will have completed a similar University/Tertiary degree. We are the only Personal Training business that stands by this claim in Victoria – something that I am immensely proud of.
After all these years I still love nothing more than to help people discover the best versions of themselves from a holistic perspective. I have extensive experience and simply love what I do. Hi, I’m Victor! I hold a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, with a strong emphasis on health and exercise sciences.
Over the years I’ve developed an exceptional enthusiasm for movement, the science surrounding it, and the healthy lifestyle. I have extensive experience as both a personal trainer and a science educator, and endeavour to share my expertise to make your fitness journey as transparent and enjoyable as possible.
My focus as a personal trainer is on creating behavioural change by establishing routine, accountability, self-awareness and making exercise a genuinely enjoyable aspect of your life. I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss and skill-based training.
Through my wide ranging experience in team sports, to my undertakings in gymnastics, calisthenics, martial arts and weight training, I have gained a perspective into many subsections of fitness. I continue to engage with gymnastics some 17 years later, and currently hold a coaching position at Melbourne Calisthenics.

Hey I’m Bevan, and I’ve completed my Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University. I’ve recently worked as a Rehabilitation coach at Werribee VFL football club and am very excited to continue to grow my experience and knowledge through Just In Time!
From an early age I have always known that a career in the health and fitness industry was right for me. I pride myself in my continual education behind the science of individual performance and movement, in order to help others achieve their goals and full potential. I come with a wealth of experience and knowledge in relation to exercise rehabilitation, injury prevention and functional strength and conditioning. My goal with every client is to be the resource they need to meet their desired goals in the most efficient yet sustainable method possible, while also having a laugh or two along the way.
Working with my husband sounds like a dream role doesn’t it? Haha! Well not really, but on the flip side his passion and focus has always been about helping people be their best. He does this with his team and with all of our clients and I get to see and hear of the many happy and successful stories along the way. Meanwhile, I am responsible for much of the behind the scenes stuff that keeps the business ticking along smoothly. I am surprised at how well Justin has his team working collaboratively with a common goal and it makes my role relatively easy.
I may be a little biased but living with Justin and our three children, we all see someone that is truly devoted to being the best he can be, being the very best mentor he can be to the Just In Time team of trainers and above all else, a constant devotion to delivering the very best service to all clients that take that step to start their health, fitness and well-being journey with us. Whilst completing a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University I also played in the senior team at Alamein Football club in the NPL and played a vital role in assisting the High performance team and working with younger age groups running prehab protocols to minimize injury and conducting drills to maximize performance.

Hi there! My name is Courtney and I have studied my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University whilst recently returning from completing a year abroad at the University of South Carolina in the USA. I was lucky enough to have an internship at the University of South Carolina Football Department whilst there. Prior to my year abroad I was working with the St Kilda Football Club with the VFL women’s program as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach, and also working with the Oakleigh Chargers Football Club with the strength and conditioning department. Additionally, I have a background of Personal Training where I ran my own Personal Training business for over a year at a recreational gym.
I have a strong passion for both strength and conditioning and Personal Training and I am looking forward to continuing my personal training career with the Just in Time team. A few years ago I was actually a client of Justin’s and went through my own physical and mental transformation, which inspired me to start my career in the fitness industry. Hi there, I’m Lachy! I have been passionate about exercise since I was a kid trying to play every single sport possible. As I grew older I became even more conscious of how important exercise is for adult life.
I have recently completed my Masters in Exercise Physiology at Deakin University following on from my Exercise Science degree at RMIT Bundoora. All of my practical and theoretical experience from both courses have guided me towards the absolute truth that exercise is medicine.
I have worked with a combination of average joes, NDIS clients, elite sportsmen and others effected by various musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and metabolic issues.
I am passionate about each and every one of my clients and like to think of myself as being very adaptable in my ability to tailor to each individual’s goals.
Most importantly I will try to get to know all of my clients on a personal level as I believe the PT/client relationship works best if there’s plenty of banter and fun. I will always do my best to make sure our sessions are something you look forward to!

I studied a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, as well as holding a Certificate in Personal Training and qualifications in Clinical Pilates. Having worked in the health and fitness industry for more than ten years I take pride in helping clients to achieve life-long positive health habits, and enjoy the challenge of providing the support and skills necessary to enhance quality of life.
While studying I was fortunate enough to gain an internship at the Geelong Football Club and became very interested in injury rehabilitation and sports specific conditioning. Being involved in competitive running and triathlon myself I was able to put knowledge into practice; this furthered my love for injury prevention and led me to discovering the benefits of Pilates.

I love nothing more than to kick to footy around and have plenty of experience with other sports too, especially diving as I have represented VIC for springboard and platform diving. I love general population and general fitness work and I hope to get my Masters of Exercise Physiology, after finishing Honours and eventually PhD in oncology rehabilitation.
