I was a Personal Trainer and Personal Training Company Manager for fifteen years before starting my very own Just In Time Personal Training on October 1, 2012. We are proudly a ‘mobile’ Personal Training business that service all over Melbourne, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. I aspired to have the best-known premium level mobile Personal Training company in Victoria and I feel that we have now achieved that mantle from a service perspective.
In 1997 I completed a four year full-time degree, achieving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and a Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University. My tertiary qualifications combined with now over twenty years hands-on experience put me in a select group of elite personal trainers with such high levels of industry expertise, qualifications and experience. Likewise my team have and always will have completed a similar University/Tertiary degree. We are the only Personal Training business that stands by this claim in Victoria – something that I am immensely proud of.
After all these years I still love nothing more than to help people discover the best versions of themselves from a holistic perspective. I have extensive experience and simply love what I do. My passion lies in improving an individuals overall well-being, with an emphasis on strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, general fitness and also progressive behavioural change. As an Assistant Manager, I pride myself on helping our team grow through training and supporting the team whilst also working alongside Justin to help the business continue to grow.
I have completed a Bachelor in Exercise Science (Sports Practice) at Victoria University, while also both playing football and being a High Performance Assistant at the Williamstown Football Club in the VFL.
I pride myself in educating, motivating and caring about each and every client. With a smart, fun and realistic approach these factors will play a role in guiding each individual, so that together we can reach their desired goals.

Hi, I’m Victor! I hold a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Melbourne, with a strong emphasis on health and exercise sciences.
Over the years I’ve developed an exceptional enthusiasm for movement, the science surrounding it, and the healthy lifestyle. I have extensive experience as both a personal trainer and a science educator, and endeavour to share my expertise to make your fitness journey as transparent and enjoyable as possible.
My focus as a personal trainer is on creating behavioural change by establishing routine, accountability, self-awareness and making exercise a genuinely enjoyable aspect of your life. I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss and skill-based training.
Through my wide ranging experience in team sports, to my undertakings in gymnastics, calisthenics, martial arts and weight training, I have gained a perspective into many subsections of fitness. I continue to engage with gymnastics some 17 years later, and currently hold a coaching position at Melbourne Calisthenics.

Hi I’m Brendan, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement, specialising in Clinical Exercise science and rehabilitation, as well as being an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.
On top of my qualifications I bring with me years of knowledge gained from working within some high level organisations and facilities. These include the Port Melbourne Football Club (VFL), the Melbourne Storm (NRL) and currently The Northern Knights Football Club (TAC CUP) as part of their High Performance teams.
My passion and strengths lie within body composition and lifestyle balance change, athletic performance/strength and conditioning coaching, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Over the journey I have developed a passion for ‘coaching’, not just ‘training’ and I believe that I can educate you and give you the tools required to achieve each and every one of your fitness goals.

Ciao! I’m Alessandro and I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Sciences, Physical Exercise and Human Health at the University of Parma, Italy and moved here late in 2018 to settle in Melbourne and build my career in the career path that i want to pursue to the highest standard. That is what has drawn me to Just In Time.
I love to put the fun back into getting healthy and lean and I can show how you can actually enjoy the journey on the way to a healthier, fitter and happier you.
I consider myself a motivator and the most rewarding part of my career is being able to help people have the belief, support and confidence to transform their body.
I have experience in Personal Training with a different range of people and have previously collaborated with a team of health experts like Nutritionists and Sports Doctors in Italy.
I pride myself on providing a unique, individual approach when training every client, ensuring they master the basics and fundamentals to build a solid foundation or base to work from. Then using this newly formed base, to build strong and robust individuals that smash their goals.

In what could be termed a “Captain’s call”, I have added Ross to our team in a “apprentice” type role. He is only months away from completing his Degree and after impressing myself, the team and allocated clients as part of his five month Student Placement from Victoria University, I offered him the opportunity to undergo my 4 week extensive interview process. Little to my surprise, he passed all stages and I have full faith in his abilities to join the team as a Personal Trainer. I have spent a number of hours each week thus far with his development and this will continue until his graduation in early November. Ross has a bright future and I see him playing a major role at Just In Time for many years to come! – Justin Moran
Hi, I’m Ross and I’m completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Sport Practice) at Victoria University, Footscray Park and will be an ESSA accredited exercise scientist.
Being involved in elite organisations such as AFL Victoria, Footscray Bulldogs VFL and Port Melbourne VFL, I have developed a passion in strength & conditioning, athletic performance, injury rehabilitation and injury prevention.
As a personal trainer, I enjoy educating clients about exercise and nutrition, whilst giving constructive feedback on their progress. Tailoring training programs/exercise sessions according to the individual’s goals is one of the most crucial and enjoyable parts about being a personal trainer, as no two people are the same.

Hi I’m Katelyn, I hold a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Latrobe University. I am currently studying my Master’s in Strength and Conditioning through the Edith Cowan University and am hopeful in the future to continue my studies eventually completing a PHD. As a trainer my main passion is to educate and promote a healthy lifestyle from correct technique and physical changes to positive behavioural and emotional adaptations.
Outside of Just in Time I work at Williamstown VFL Football Club as the Head of Sports Science and a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I have been at Williamstown for three years now and have been rewarded some amazing experiences for example being sent to Fremantle AFL Football Club to undergo Personal Development experience.
With Just in Time, I will educate and help you to achieve your goals as my aim to get the most out of each and every client across all domains of the client being physically, emotionally and mentally.
Working with my husband sounds like a dream role doesn’t it? Haha! Well not really, but on the flip side his passion and focus has always been about helping people be their best. He does this with his team and with all of our clients and I get to see and hear of the many happy and successful stories along the way. Meanwhile, I am responsible for much of the behind the scenes stuff that keeps the business ticking along smoothly. I am surprised at how well Justin has his team working collaboratively with a common goal and it makes my role relatively easy.
I may be a little biased but living with Justin and our three children, we all see someone that is truly devoted to being the best he can be, being the very best mentor he can be to the Just In Time team of trainers and above all else, a constant devotion to delivering the very best service to all clients that take that step to start their health, fitness and well-being journey with us. I am very proud to be a part of our small family business and I am sure if Justin has his way, we will have our three children – Madeline, Tyler and Beau stepping up as Personal Trainers in the many years to come!

Lisa Middleton is one of Australia’s most experienced Sports Dietitians.
After 15 years spent advising some of the nation’s most elite athletes, Lisa is an expert on reaching optimum levels of performance in sport.
Lisa has an unparalleled history of working with teams at the top of their game. In her role as Sports Dietitian, Lisa advised the Essendon, Hawthorn and St Kilda AFL Football clubs, Melbourne Vixens Netball, Melbourne Storm Rugby League and Melbourne Victory Football clubs throughout grand final and premiership years. Lisa currently consults to Melbourne United Basketball Club and Boroondara Netball Club.
Lisa is the author of Eat For Your Life and a guest dietitian at SEN sports radio in Melbourne. Lisa also provides regular media comments and contributions for industry magazines including Runners World and Mens Health, mainstream newspapers The Age and Herald Sun and television news and current affair programs.
Lisa is an experienced speaker and lecturer and her engaging and anecdotal style is in high demand. Lisa also brings with her a personal history in competitive sport and is a university qualified personal trainer.
With an extensive nutrition background and qualifications, including a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement, a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, a Graduate Certificate of Sports Nutrition and Certificate IV in Fitness, Lisa is currently a lecturer at Victoria University, lectured at Deakin University for five years and is the past President of Sports Dietitians Australia.
