I was a Personal Trainer and Personal Training Company Manager for fifteen years before starting my very own Just In Time Personal Training on October 1, 2012. We are proudly a ‘mobile’ Personal Training business that service all over Melbourne, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. I aspired to have the best-known premium level mobile Personal Training company in Victoria and I feel that we have now achieved that mantle from a service perspective.
In 1997 I completed a four year full-time degree, achieving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and a Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University. My tertiary qualifications combined with now over twenty years hands-on experience put me in a select group of elite personal trainers with such high levels of industry expertise, qualifications and experience. Likewise my team have and always will have completed a similar University/Tertiary degree. We are the only Personal Training business that stands by this claim in Victoria – something that I am immensely proud of.
After all these years I still love nothing more than to help people discover the best versions of themselves from a holistic perspective. I have extensive experience and simply love what I do. Let me or my team take you on the most thorough and enjoyable health and fitness experience that will empower you for lifelong change.

My focus as a personal trainer is on creating behavioural change by establishing routine, accountability, self-awareness and making exercise a genuinely enjoyable aspect of your life. I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss and skill-based training.
Through my wide ranging experience in team sports, to my undertakings in gymnastics, calisthenics, martial arts and weight training, I have gained a perspective into many subsections of fitness. Personal Trainer / Co-Manager of the South Wharf Tower Gym and Workplace Health Program, Docklands
Hi! I’m Tao and I completed my Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University and I am currently completing a Master’s in Applied Sports Science there too. I thoroughly enjoy helping people, particularly with health and exercise related goals.
Having a 12-month internship experience at Core Advantage really helped me get a head start in my coaching career, gaining a vast amount of knowledge in basic Strength and Conditioning principles, collaborative rehab with allied health professionals, Pre-hab, movement skill/technique, one-on-one/group sessions and youth athlete development. All of these skills and experiences have given me the ability as a Personal Trainer to not only attain people’s goals but also make lifestyle and behavioural changes that will promote those goals throughout life.
As someone who has taken part in multiple sports and at multiple levels, I understand the desires and passions of people taking part in activity for fun all the way through to the serious athlete. I look forward to spreading my passion and knowledge with you but most importantly to get to know you!

“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live!”
Hi I’m Peter! I have completed a bachelor degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Victoria University. Overall health and fitness has grown to be a passion of mine as I love seeing people reach their goals and push themselves to be the best they can be.
Through my 14 years of playing football, training and playing at high levels (such as TAC cup and the VFL) has shown me the benefits of hard work to achieve your goals. During this time of playing and studying, I knew that health and fitness was the path I wanted to follow as a career.
I pride myself on not only being the best Personal Trainer for a client, but I also have great interpersonal skills as I want you to enjoy the process of progression!
Consistency, along with motivation and establishing good habits, is the key to seeing solid results and I really look forward to helping each and every client achieve continual progress!
Working with my husband sounds like a dream role doesn’t it? Haha! Well not really, but on the flip side his passion and focus has always been about helping people be their best. He does this with his team and with all of our clients and I get to see and hear of the many happy and successful stories along the way. Meanwhile, I am responsible for much of the behind the scenes stuff that keeps the business ticking along smoothly. I am surprised at how well Justin has his team working collaboratively with a common goal and it makes my role relatively easy.
I may be a little biased but living with Justin and our three children, we all see someone that is truly devoted to being the best he can be, being the very best mentor he can be to the Just In Time team of trainers and above all else, a constant devotion to delivering the very best service to all clients that take that step to start their health, fitness and well-being journey with us. I am very proud to be a part of our small family business and I am sure if Justin has his way, we will have our three children – Madeline, Tyler and Beau stepping up as Personal Trainers in the many years to come!
Should you elect to have the Just In Time Personal Training team look after you, I hope to be a help with making your experience a positive one!

I completed an internship with Core Advantage for 6 months, was a Strength and Conditioning intern with the Collingwood Football Club AFLW team and that lead to a role that I am currently the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach with Collingwood AFLW .
I take pride in spreading my passion and knowledge about health and fitness through enjoyable and interactive training sessions tailored specifically to each individual.
I’m thrilled to be a part of the Just In Time team and make your goals into a reality.
Hi, I’m Ashlea!
My passion for health and movement began at a young age and I feel so fortunate to have a career where I can genuinely share my passion and help to motivate and educate individuals to improve their health from all walks of life.
I studied a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, as well as holding a Certificate in Personal Training and qualifications in Clinical Pilates. Having worked in the health and fitness industry for more than ten years I take pride in helping clients to achieve life-long positive health habits, and enjoy the challenge of providing the support and skills necessary to enhance quality of life.
While studying I was fortunate enough to gain an internship at the Geelong Football Club and became very interested in injury rehabilitation and sports specific conditioning. Being involved in competitive running and triathlon myself I was able to put knowledge into practice; this furthered my love for injury prevention and led me to discovering the benefits of Pilates.
I am so excited to join the Just In Time team and share my passion with clients willing to engage, grow and learn to be the best version of themselves, whatever their goal or ability.
Hi, my name is Amy and I am a fitness enthusiast who loves to share my passion for fitness and healthy living though Personal Training with a major focus on rehabilitation, injury prevention, strength and conditioning and general fitness.
Whilst completing a Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University I also played in the senior team at Alamein Football club in the NPL and played a vital role in assisting the High performance team and working with younger age groups running prehab protocols to minimize injury and conducting drills to maximize performance.
I pride myself on building a relationship and connecting with my clients through educating and teaching you how to achieve your fitness goals whilst promoting a balanced healthy lifestyle. Through this I hope to empower and create a positive mindset through motivation and setting achievable goals for each and every client that I have the pleasure of training!
Hi there, I’m Lachy! I have been passionate about exercise since I was a kid trying to play every single sport possible. As I grew older I became even more conscious of how important exercise is for adult life.
I have recently completed my Masters in Exercise Physiology at Deakin University following on from my Exercise Science degree at RMIT Bundoora. All of my practical and theoretical experience from both courses have guided me towards the absolute truth that exercise is medicine.
I have worked with a combination of average joes, NDIS clients, elite sportsmen and others effected by various musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and metabolic issues.
I am passionate about each and every one of my clients and like to think of myself as being very adaptable in my ability to tailor to each individual’s goals.
Most importantly I will try to get to know all of my clients on a personal level as I believe the PT/client relationship works best if there’s plenty of banter and fun. I will always do my best to make sure our sessions are something you look forward to!
Hi I’m Callum! I have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University. This is my first job in the Personal Training industry, and I couldn’t be happier to learn and grow at Just In Time.
Personal Training and fitness are new passions of mine, after focussing on sport coaching (specifically tennis) for most of adult life and through university. It was not until my university placement at Goodlife Health Clubs that I realised personal training was so much more than lifting weights and getting bigger. Seeing the effect that a Personal Trainer can have on someone’s mental, social, and physical health overwhelmed me and put me on the path that I am on today.
I’m excited to show what I can do and I look forward to building relationships and helping you achieve your goals in a fun and positive environment.
G’day, I’m Xav.
I am passionate about health and wellbeing and love helping people along their journey to becoming the happiest, healthiest version of themselves. I endeavour to support you in reaching and surpassing your goals, whether they are purely fitness related or include other important aspects of your life.
I have completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University, majoring in Strength & Conditioning and Applied Sports Science. I have had internship/volunteer experience at several organisations throughout my degree, including but not limited to: Sandringham Dragons Football Club (TAC Cup), AFL Umpires Victoria and St Kilda Next Generation Academy.
Having worked with a variety of people, from the everyday person through to athletes, I have experienced a vast range of goals, personalities and attitudes which has enhanced my ability as a personal trainer.
Allow me to guide you towards your goals and I will do all I can in my power to exceed your expectations, all while having fun and sharing a few laughs along the way.
Hi! I’m Dylan and I am a recent graduate of Deakin University where I spent four years completing a double bachelor degree in Exercise & Sports Science/Business Management.
For the last 5 years I’ve worked as a qualified tennis coach teaching the game I love to those of all different ages and skill levels. This work has allowed me to realise my desire for helping others to fulfil their full potential and strive for personal improvement.
As your Just In Time Personal Trainer, my mission is not only to help you become fitter but to use all the knowledge, experience and resources at my disposal to guide you on your journey to becoming the happiest and healthiest version of yourself that you can possibly be.
