I was a Personal Trainer and Personal Training Company Manager for fifteen years before starting my very own Just In Time Personal Training on October 1, 2012. We are proudly a ‘mobile’ Personal Training business that service all over Melbourne, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. I aspired to have the best-known premium level mobile Personal Training company in Victoria and I feel that we have now achieved that mantle from a service perspective.
In 1997 I completed a four year full-time degree, achieving a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and a Bachelor of Teaching from Deakin University. My tertiary qualifications combined with now over twenty-five years hands-on experience put me in a select group of elite personal trainers with such high levels of industry expertise, qualifications and experience. Likewise my team have and always will have completed a similar University/Tertiary degree. We are the only Personal Training business that stands by this claim in Victoria – something that I am immensely proud of.
After all these years I still love nothing more than to help people discover the best versions of themselves from a holistic perspective. I have extensive experience and simply love what I do. My passion lies in improving an individuals overall well-being, with an emphasis on strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, general fitness and also progressive behavioural change. As an Assistant Manager, I pride myself on helping our team grow through training and supporting the team whilst also working alongside Justin to help the business continue to grow.
I have completed a Bachelor in Exercise Science (Sports Practice) at Victoria University, while also both playing football and being a High Performance Assistant at the Williamstown Football Club in the VFL.
I pride myself in educating, motivating and caring about each and every client. With a smart, fun and realistic approach these factors will play a role in guiding each individual, so that together we can reach their desired goals.
Ciao! I’m Alessandro and I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Sciences, Physical Exercise and Human Health at the University of Parma, Italy and moved here late in 2018 to settle in Melbourne and build my career in the career path that i want to pursue to the highest standard. That is what has drawn me to Just In Time.
I love to put the fun back into getting healthy and lean and I can show how you can actually enjoy the journey on the way to a healthier, fitter and happier you.

Throughout my life, I have been fortunate enough to both experience and compete in a wide variety of different sports and training modalities. Hi, I’m Amelia! Most call me Mil though. I’m passionate about creating the best possible training session for you and teaching you about health and fitness. I’ve been a sports coach for over five years and have done 350 hours of voluntary internships and biomechanics assistant work. I have a passion for helping my clients understand how their body moves and to best optimise your time to have you as mobile as possible.
I love nothing more than to kick to footy around and have plenty of experience with other sports too, especially diving as I have represented VIC for springboard and platform diving. I love general population and general fitness work and I hope to get my Masters of Exercise Physiology, after finishing Honours and eventually PhD in oncology rehabilitation.

Hi! I’m Tao and I completed my Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University and I am currently completing a Master’s in Applied Sports Science there too. I thoroughly enjoy helping people, particularly with health and exercise related goals.
Having a 12-month internship experience at Core Advantage really helped me get a head start in my coaching career, gaining a vast amount of knowledge in basic Strength and Conditioning principles, collaborative rehab with allied health professionals, Pre-hab, movement skill/technique, one-on-one/group sessions and youth athlete development. All of these skills and experiences have given me the ability as a Personal Trainer to not only attain people’s goals but also make lifestyle and behavioural changes that will promote those goals throughout life.

Through my 14 years of playing football, training and playing at high levels (such as TAC cup and the VFL) has shown me the benefits of hard work to achieve your goals. During this time of playing and studying, I knew that health and fitness was the path I wanted to follow as a career.

Working with my husband sounds like a dream role doesn’t it? Haha! Well not really, but on the flip side his passion and focus has always been about helping people be their best. He does this with our team and with all of our clients and I get to see and hear of the many happy and successful stories along the way. Meanwhile, I am responsible for much of the behind the scenes stuff that keeps the business ticking along smoothly. I am surprised at how well Justin has our team working collaboratively with a common goal and it makes my role relatively easy.
I may be a little biased but living with Justin and our three children, we all see someone that is truly devoted to being the best he can be, being the very best mentor he can be to the Just In Time team of trainers and above all else, a constant devotion to delivering the very best service to all clients that take that step to start their health, fitness and well-being journey with us. Hi there, I’m Lachy! I have been passionate about exercise since I was a kid trying to play every single sport possible. As I grew older I became even more conscious of how important exercise is for adult life.
I have recently completed my Masters in Exercise Physiology at Deakin University following on from my Exercise Science degree at RMIT Bundoora. All of my practical and theoretical experience from both courses have guided me towards the absolute truth that exercise is medicine.
I have worked with a combination of average joes, NDIS clients, elite sportsmen and others effected by various musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and metabolic issues.
I am passionate about each and every one of my clients and like to think of myself as being very adaptable in my ability to tailor to each individual’s goals.
Most importantly I will try to get to know all of my clients on a personal level as I believe the PT/client relationship works best if there’s plenty of banter and fun. I will always do my best to make sure our sessions are something you look forward to!

I studied a Bachelor in Exercise and Sports Science, majoring in Sports Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, as well as holding a Certificate in Personal Training and qualifications in Clinical Pilates. Having worked in the health and fitness industry for more than ten years I take pride in helping clients to achieve life-long positive health habits, and enjoy the challenge of providing the support and skills necessary to enhance quality of life.
While studying I was fortunate enough to gain an internship at the Geelong Football Club and became very interested in injury rehabilitation and sports specific conditioning. Being involved in competitive running and triathlon myself I was able to put knowledge into practice; this furthered my love for injury prevention and led me to discovering the benefits of Pilates.

After 15 years spent advising some of the nation’s most elite athletes, Lisa is an expert on reaching optimum levels of performance in sport.
Lisa has an unparalleled history of working with teams at the top of their game. In her role as Sports Dietitian, Lisa advised the Essendon, Hawthorn and St Kilda AFL Football clubs, Melbourne Vixens Netball, Melbourne Storm Rugby League and Melbourne Victory Football clubs throughout grand final and premiership years. Lisa currently consults to Melbourne United Basketball Club and Boroondara Netball Club.
Lisa is the author of Eat For Your Life and a guest dietitian at SEN sports radio in Melbourne.
