We understand the needs of older adults and set age-appropriate exercise regimes where necessary but at the same time realise that age is often just a number. We have many 60-80 year-olds and many we push just as hard as we would someone many years younger.
The mere fact is that we get you and your needs and I would welcome the opportunity to elaborate further on just how we can help you in a safe and controlled approach where we have an emphasis on posture, mobility, flexibility, strength and all in a holistic and encouraging environment.
As we age, our body loses much strength, mobility and functional strength to get through everyday tasks. We can help not only slow down the rate of decline but instead turn back time and allow you to move more freely and with reduced pain or discomfort.
We also offer three FREE “More than just a walking groups” weekly and in three separate locations – Yarra’s Edge (Docklands), Southbank and Barwon Heads. These have been proven to be popular and are attended by many aged between 45-80.
