South Wharf Tower Gym

The South Wharf Tower gym is proudly managed by Just In Time Personal Training and is located at 30 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf.

This gym is part of a health and wellness program for a highly regarded corporate international company and includes 80 hours per week of gym supervision, workplace wellness program and many other specialist health and fitness services.

The SWT gym includes a fully equipped gym with massive floor space for a variety of free fitness classes and is staffed by University Degree qualified trainers that provide an array of free services including health and fitness assessments, posture assessments, body composition analysis, personalised program design, program follow up and seminars.

The SWT gym is open from 5am-8pm Monday to Friday  and the Just In Time team are onsite from 6am-8pm. There are two trainers that work daily from 6am-2pm and 12-8pm.

Access is granted to members only and all members must first undertake a gym induction.

All SWT members have access to Personal Training from the only Personal Training company in Victoria that exclusively employ University Degree qualified trainers. A mobile Personal Training service is also provided across Melbourne, Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.

Free Fitness Classes

The Just IN Time team deliver free weekly fitness classes which you can book simply by clicking on our “Fitness Class and Bookings” page.

Health and Fitness Assessments

All SWT Gym members are entitled to the following complimentary services:

To access the SWT Gym, all new members will be required to first complete a “Gym Induction” (GI30.).
