The importance of strength and conditioning for sporting teams and individuals continues to grow momentum. It is clear that training for sport is more than just training for the sport itself but instead specifically conditioning the body through strength, mobility, balance, core training, plyometrics and the like to ultimately deliver the best results within the sport itself.

We have worked with two Melbourne Victory and one Melbourne City youth players on a personal level and has achieved outstanding results. One of these players was Christian Theoharous whom in his time with us saw him elevated to the Melbourne Victory senior squad in 2017. Here is Christian’s testimonial:

I was seeing Daniel twice a week and he developed a few different programs for my body type that I could do away from my 2 sessions a week to enable me to achieve the goals set. Justin himself played VFL Football with Coburg and Port Melbourne and was a Senior Football Coach for over 10 years and within that time was Strength and Conditioning Coach of each of those teams as well. Some of these teams included Aberfeldie (EDFL Premier Division) and Airport West (EDFL Division 1).
