Throughout my years in the role of Personal Training Operations Manager for 15 years and now 10 years at Just In Time, I have conducted well over 1000 health assessments. Specialist areas include programs for weight or fat loss, fitness, weights/resistance, core stability, stretching, running, muscle gain or body sculpting not to mention sports specific conditioning – over the years we have provided Strength and Conditioning with a number of Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City soccer players along with an A Grade club in the VAFA (De La Salle), Aberfeldie and Airport West in the EDFL, more recently the Barwon Heads and Newcomb Football Clubs and many up-and-coming tennis kids through a Tennis Academy!
