- A pre-exercise questionnaire must be completed for anyone wishing to attend a fitness class – this only needs completing once and we will then have on file.
- All fitness classes are FREE but require booking.

Class Descriptions
(note that classes vary from 30, 45 or 60 minutes)
Balance, Core & Stretch
This class encompasses an all-over body focus on areas of balance, core and stretching. There will a focus on great posture, technique and inclusive mobility, movement, flexibility and glute activation. Suitable for all ages and abilities!
Balance & Body Awareness
This class encompasses an all-over body focus on areas of balance, core and proprioception. There will a focus on great posture, technique and body, muscular and postural awareness. Suitable for all ages and abilities!
Boxercise & Circuit
This class is a high intensity workout that will include boxing, kick-boxing pad work, interval training in a circuit set-up. Whilst designed to be of high intensity, it can be modified for all ages, abilities and fitness levels!
Engaging your Core
This class is a “pilates” inspired class with an intent focus on incorporating your core muscles! We will teach you how to get the most out of your core and incorporating many functional movements! Great for anyone that has poor posture, poor motor control but equally an awesome workout for anyone looking for a challenging workout that will leave you feeling what you have done! Suitable for all ages and abilities!
HIIT, Circuit
This class is a high intensity workout that will include interval training with all exercise modalities selected! Whilst designed to be of high intensity, it can be modified for all ages, abilities and fitness levels!
HIIT, Circuit & Boxercise
This class is a high intensity workout that will include interval training, circuits and boxing! Whilst designed to be of high intensity, it can be modified for all ages, abilities and fitness levels!
HIIT, Tabata & Cardio Mix
This class is a high intensity workout that will include interval training, Tabata training littered throughout and a full-blown cardio session. Whilst designed to be of high intensity, it can be modified for all ages, abilities and fitness levels!
Power Bar
This class will include all things barbell and body-weight related. It is designed to provide a great full-body intense resistance training workout. It can be modified from beginners right though to advanced and at your own pace!
Spin HIIT
This class is a high-intensity cycling workout that takes place on a stationary bike. Your legs will be constantly moving and you have control over the resistance dial on your bike! There will be a series of hills, intervals and sprints to get you working hard but it can be modified for all ages, abilities and fitness levels!
Step, Hop, Skip & Jump
This class is a high intensity workout that is very impact-based and therefore requires a high level fitness base. With much fast, rapid and plyometric exercises included through stepping, hopping, skipping and jumping. Not for the faint hearted!
Stretch
In this class we will focus on slow and controlled stretching mixed up with PNF and dynamic stretching accompanied with some yoga stretches. Suitable for all!
Strength
This class will focus purely on strength! Legs, Chest, Back, Core – you name it! We will tailor it to your needs too!
Weights Circuit
In difference to the high-energy and faster paced Power Bar class, this is more of a slower-paced strength-based resistance training session. In this class we will tailor exercises to you and the class will be more individually driven. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

To access the SWT Gym, all new members will be required to first complete a “Gym Induction” (GI30.).
CANCELATION POLICY:
All fitness classes and appointments are FREE but require booking. As the classes are free, any cancelation less than 2 hours prior to class time will require a $10 cancelation fee to be paid to Just In Time.
