Our programs are not always physical in nature, many programs that we have currently involve education and guiding staff to better health, mental health, sleep patterns, nutrition, posture, exercise habits, injury prevention and risk minimisation. In fact, it is these programs that lead the way in getting change from the 80% of the population that are classified as physically inactive. These are also our favourite kind of programs as we get to spend one-on-one quality time with individuals for between 5-20 minutes a week and help them with individual targets and strategies around their personal circumstances.
